This booking is for Meeting Room 2 (123) ONLY.

Meeting Room 2 contains space for 14 tables and 32 chairs. Tables or chairs not in use during the meeting should be stored in the storage closet.

  • There is a projector with HDMI cable available in this room. Instructions for use are on the wall.

Groups are responsible for set-up and take down of the room.  The meeting room storage should look like this.

Please visit the first floor checkout desk to have the room unlocked for your meeting. Meeting Room 2 is on the right hand side of the lobby just past the restrooms and Meeting Room 1.
