The Clute Library Meeting Room is sponsored by Freeport LNG.
Reservations
Rooms may be booked up to 3 months in advance and shall not exceed 2 meetings per month. Requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis and at the discretion of the library. Online bookings require 48-hour advanced notice. Your reservation will be confirmed or denied via email*. Groups holding reservations are requested to notify the library of any cancelation at the earliest possible date in order to free the meeting rooms for other groups. If you have questions or would like to make a special request, email clute@bcls.lib.tx.us call the library at 979-265-4582.
*The reservation process is not complete until you receive an email with the subject line: "Your room booking has been approved!"
