The Pearland Library offers 2 rooms:
Conference Room (holds up to 14)
Meeting Room (holds up to 75)
Reservations
Conference and Meeting Rooms may be booked up to 3 months in advance. Study Rooms may only be booked up to one week in advance due to high demand. Requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Your reservation will be confirmed or denied via email.*

Online bookings require 24-hour advance notice.
Each group is limited to 2 room reservations per month.
Groups are limited to 3 hours for each booking.
Groups holding reservations are requested to notify the library of any cancelation at the earliest possible date in order to free the meeting rooms for other groups. If you have questions or would like to make a special request, please call the library at 281-652-1677.
*Reservation requests are moderated. Your request is not confirmed until you receive an email with the subject line: “Your booking has been approved!” Please check your email for communication regarding the status of your booking.*
